If a match is cancelled before it begins, all related bets will be fully refunded. If a match is postponed but resumes within 72 hours of the original scheduled date, bet outcomes will be settled based on the final result of that match. If the match does not resume within 72 hours, all bets will be refunded.
E-sports betting on spin ngo is subject to additional rules based on the game title and tournament format. In the event of any technical ruling (technical pause, server crash, or other issues acknowledged by the organiser), spin ngo will follow the official decision of the respective tournament organiser.
For MPL Malaysia, BLAST Premier (CS2), ESL One (Dota 2), and VCT Pacific (VALORANT) matches, spin ngo follows the official rules of the respective organising body in resolving any issues that arise.
